When Clear Quality was founded back in March 2017, we started out with a simple but powerful mission: to raise standards and help organisations and individuals reach their potential through high-quality training. From those early days as a small consultancy, we’ve come a long way and this summer has been one of the proudest chapters in our journey so far.

Over the past eight years, there have been many milestones. In 2023 we celebrated our 7th anniversary with the opening of our new office in Wath Upon Dearne, a space that symbolised not only growth but also the strong foundations we had built as a team. Surrounded by colleagues, clients, and the Mayor of Rotherham, it was a moment to reflect on how far we’d come and to look ahead with ambition.

Fast forward to summer 2025, and Clear Quality has reached new heights with three major achievements that capture the spirit of our journey:

Launching the Safeguarding Support Officer Apprenticeship 

This year we proudly introduced the Safeguarding Support Officer Level 3 Apprenticeship, created in collaboration with employers to meet a vital need in today’s workplaces. The course equips learners to be the first point of contact for safeguarding concerns, giving them the confidence and knowledge to keep others safe. For us, this is more than just another programme, it’s about shaping safer, more accountable organisations across the country.

Making UK Apprenticeship History in Governance 

In June, Clear Quality became the first training provider in the UK to take learners all the way through the brand-new Governance Officer Level 4 Apprenticeship, with a 100% pass rate at End-Point Assessment. To see our first-ever cohort succeed, with learners from education, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing, was a landmark moment. Our CEO, Debbie Whitehead, even completed the course alongside them, showing that we truly live our values of lifelong learning and leading by example.

Ofsted ‘Good’ Across the Board 

In August, we received our first full Ofsted inspection, and we are delighted to share that Clear Quality was rated ‘Good’ in every single area reviewed. Inspectors praised our motivated learners, the quality of our teaching, our strong employer partnerships, and the positive culture that underpins everything we do. For our team, this recognition is a reflection of the hard work, resilience, and passion that has carried us from day one to now.

These milestones aren’t just achievements for Clear Quality – they represent the dedication of our staff, the determination of our learners, and the trust of our employer partners. We’ve grown so much over the past eight years, but the most exciting part is that our journey is only just beginning.”

From a small start-up to a nationally recognised training provider, Clear Quality’s story is one of passion, perseverance, and progress. And as we look to the future, we remain committed to doing what we’ve always done: helping people and organisations to achieve more.
