What do I need to do?

Top management will need to determine the organisation’s objectives and strategic direction for developing, providing or using artificial intelligence. It is essential that your team is committed to implementing an effective Artificial Intelligence Management System, as different departments and individuals will play an important role in managing AI responsibly. 

With your implementation team and support from Clear Quality, you will develop an AI management system aligned with your business objectives. The policies, processes and records required will be created to manage AI-related risks, opportunities and impacts across your defined scope:
