"My tutor throughout the learning modules and most of the epa was Marianne, and she has been a fantastic tutor. I always felt like I was in safe hands, her lectures were engaging, clear, and brought the content 'to life'. Her openness and sense of humour also helped build strong rapport within the group, making the sessions feel collaborative and supportive.

I think one of Marianne’s key strengths is her industry experience. She used real-world examples, which made the learning feel relevant and credible, and helped me apply the knowledge directly into my role. This was a major factor in building my understanding and confidence throughout the apprenticeship.

Marianne was also very supportive and approachable. She took the time to understand my role and align the learning to it. As a result, my knowledge, skills, behaviours, and overall confidence developed significantly.
