The apprenticeship has supported my development by increasing my confidence, knowledge, and skills within my role. I have gained a better understanding of health and safety, ergonomics, risk assessments, and workplace wellbeing, which I apply daily when carrying out DSE assessments and supporting staff with workplace adjustments. With the knowledge I have gained, I am now able to do more within my current role and provide more informed recommendations and support to staff and managers. 

I would highly recommend this apprenticeship to others as it combines practical experience with valuable learning that can be applied directly in the workplace. I would also like to thank my trainers Jo and Marianne for their continuous support, guidance, and encouragement throughout the programme, helping me build both my knowledge and confidence.
