From our Quality team here in San Diego, we may at times seem distant, slow to respond, or not always able to provide the best guidance. However, none of these challenges have ever been a roadblock for Darren. His depth of knowledge, professionalism, and grace are both refreshing and admirable.

Our UK Design Centre underwent some reorganisation that exposed several process and compliance gaps. Despite the ambiguity and challenges that came with the transition, Darren diligently stepped in to assess the situation and provide valuable feedback that helped us close those gaps. He consistently shares practical examples and templates that enable us to efficiently gather, facilitate, and document the information needed to meet requirements.

Darren has been, and continues to be, a true pleasure to work with. Last week, we successfully completed our ISO 9001 audit with no non conformances identified. We credit Darren's guidance and support as a significant factor in that achievement and greatly appreciate his continued partnership.
