"What stood out to me the most in this module was the assignment incident/accident investigation as I currently do this in my workload at the moment as a HSE Coordinator it was beneficial to me to learn about different methods of cause and effect analysis being able to determine the root cause based off the findings of the investigation and by using the Fishbone analysis methods and then using the 5 why's to delve even deeper if required."
