"I learnt about key regulations that affect my role who we work alongside with and how it affects my job role. with me being a new member of staff - just over a year it has been good to find out more about the background of my organisation sometimes as we have been so busy thrown into a new job role you just get on with the job in hand and not really know the who's and whys I have learnt about regulatory frameworks and how these are applied in our organisation I will use these going forward."
