'When I started the course, I was nervous and unsure I should be undertaking the level 5 qualification, but right from the start, Ed made me feel involved and understood my capabilities at the time. Ed would go out of his way to explain certain points in more detail and also suggest where at my company this reflects, which really helped me identify and understand the modules. Halfway through the course, I turned a corner and really got to grips with the qualification and took so much learning on board.

Ed always reminded me of my skill set, and even when I had a break, he was in touch and helped me restart to finish and pass my course.

Ed was instrumental in the outcome for me.'
