While completing the Governance Apprenticeship, I have noticed a vast development in many areas. It has allowed me to connect with others in similar positions and has given me the opportunity to even be featured in the CGI Governance Magazine!

My confidence in myself and within my role has flourished which is a massive thing when you are quite frequently the most junior person in the room.

Zoe has offered me a new way of thinking, not just in relation to the information presented at lectures but also about how far I have come since the start of the apprenticeship which has been reinforced with her constant support of my progression.
