"Completing the apprenticeship programme has been a hugely valuable experience for my development. It has given me a much deeper understanding of ISO clauses and the reasoning behind many of the processes and controls we implement within the business. The programme also strengthened my knowledge of quality management tools and how they can be used to improve business processes and drive continual improvement. 

Throughout the apprenticeship, I gained a wide range of practical skills and knowledge, particularly in auditing, project management tools, data analysis, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability through techniques such as Measurement System Analysis and Control Charts. I’ve been able to apply this learning directly within the workplace by introducing root cause analysis into CML’s corrective action process and implementing a Compliance Dashboard to monitor and manage legal compliance against applicable standards and legislation. I also carried out an internal audit as part of one of my assignments, which inspired me to pursue further internal audit training after completing the apprenticeship. I would highly recommend this apprenticeship to others, as it provides a detailed understanding of quality management principles and tools that can be applied across a wide range of industries."
