The programme has supported my development by helping me gain a clearer understanding of quality management principles and how these link to ISO 9001 certification. As we are currently working towards ISO 9001 certification with Darren (our Operations Director), the course has helped me understand the background, expectations and processes involved in quality management.

I have gained valuable knowledge in areas such as change management, auditing and the role of a Quality Manager. This has helped me build my confidence and understanding of how quality systems are implemented and maintained within an organisation, and have already started embedding the skills and knowledge gained from the programme into my day-to-day role.

My trainer Sandra has been very helpful and supportive throughout the programme. Her guidance has helped me understand new concepts and apply the learning with more confidence.

I would recommend this programme, especially to anyone who does not already have a background in quality. It provides a strong foundation and helps learners understand key quality management concepts in a practical and useful way.
