I have worked in NHS complaints and governance roles for around 10 years and wanted a qualification to compliment my work experience and prepare myself for future progression. The Minute Taking, Mini-Project and Audit Modules have been particularly useful for me. I have been able to make positive changes in the workplace as an outcome of completing these modules. For example, improving compliance and staff engagement.

Zoe gone above and beyond to flex the course context and make it feel relevant to my NHS clinical governance role. I know she has spent time researching NHS Governance models so that she can provide the highest level of support. Zoe has been an amazing source of knowledge and encouragement throughout the course; my confidence has grown so much and I no longer feel like an imposter! 

My biggest achievement was having the confidence to apply and successfully secure a new role on a higher band. In my interview I was able to refer to the service improvements that I made a result of being in education. 

I do not think I would have stepped outside of my comfort zone, without the skills I developed on this course.
