"My job role has changed from Quality Assistant to Senior Quality Administrator and learning how to compile a quality project plan will benefit me in my new role. There are a couple of projects I am working on this year, such as a Mock Recall process and reviewing our Change Control process to identify the risks and opportunities for improvement in this area of the business. I have learnt a new tool, the RACI chart, which will help me communicate to stakeholders what their roles and responsibilities are in the projects I am working on."
