About Edward

Ed is one of the newest members of the Clear Quality team and has a multi-faceted, quality assurance and training role.

His 15-year nursing career which involved training and auditing made him a perfect candidate to deliver quality standards within the health and social care sectors. He also supports the training division by helping to deliver the quality and management Apprenticeship programmes. He says

“I have a passion for quality assurance and maintaining standards of practice, whether through training or compliance.  Throughout my career I’ve trained individuals in specific health and social care topics such as Person-Centred Care and End of Life Care, as well as carrying out professional business audits like Mock CQC audits. I really love developing individuals to help them grow and progress in their careers so this position is perfect for me.”
