Chloe began her career at IT Desk as an Accounts Assistant, with no prior experience in quality management. Recognising the importance of quality systems within the business, she and her manager identified the need for her to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and so enrolled on our Skills Bootcamp in Quality Management.

Key Learning Highlights
Chloe highlighted the Internal Audit module as the ‘most valuable’. It gave her the confidence to conduct audits independently within IT Desk, learning the importance of preparation and ensuring that audit reports are completed promptly and comprehensively. She also found the GDPR module insightful, building her knowledge of data protection regulations which allowed her to take on greater responsibilities. This was instrumental in supporting the IT Desk organisation’s commitment to safeguarding personal data and managing risk effectively.
Overall, Chloe found her experience to be both engaging and rewarding, finding the smaller sized group allowed for more meaningful interactions and personalised support. She went on to praise our expert tutor Zoe, describing her as ‘consistently supportive, knowledgeable and approachable both during & after the sessions’.
IT Desk have now benefited from increased internal capability, stronger compliance processes, and a more confident quality lead within the team.
