WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Top management are to determine their objectives and strategic plan for the business.   • Relevant documentation should be made easily available and useable in either print or electronic version and communicated throughout your business.
  • Throughout the process, internal audits will take place to confirm process effectiveness and compliance to the international standards.
  • Continual improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system must be followed on a continuous basis to confirm suitability.
